"I'm still in school at Bryant University as a Marketing major.  Eddie's is basically my life. I am very determined and goal-oriented.  Enough of the boring stuff.  I love staring at the stars, eating french toast, and laughing till I cry.  In my spare time, frolicking in freshly cut grass is what I do. Vermont = Love."

"I spend my days at IBM as a materials scientist, and my nights developing new flavors for Eddie's as well as figuring out custom recipes for you. I know what the mass of an electron is and how many grams of fat are in the cranberry orange bar--three by the way, so I leave the business decisions up to my son, but thank him for the naming rights to our energy bars.  When I get free time I enjoy kayaking down many of Vermont's beautiful rivers. Plus, I'm married to Jeanne.  She's awesome."

"First off, I never thought my husband Ed would be the namesake of an energy bar company, but I think it's pretty cool.  I bake, package, and deliver Eddie's Energy Bars to local stores throughout Chittenden County, and mail out all the orders that come in through our online store.  I have been baking all of my life, so Eddie's was a smooth transition.  After I get home from my job at the local elementary school, I like to read, knit,and exercise.  I am famous in Richmond for my desserts and have transferred that baking talent to my three kids. "
